I love KIKOKO products and SYMPA-TEA is my favorite KIKOKO tea. It's great for pain. For me, it helps with swelling and provides relief after heavy workouts, a distance run or a long flight, as well as with pain associated with migraines. It also helps ease anxiety and the ginger and turmeric calm upset stomachs. The star anise gives the tea a licorice taste, which is subtle. I have tried all of KIKOKO's products and this tea continues to be one that I use almost daily. I highly recommend it!
