Bought this product to help my mom with her arthritis and decided to try it as well. Did a full day's work in my front and back yard and was definitely sore and in pain by the time I was done. I took the low dose recommended and it felt like within 15-20 minutes I could feel the relief in my body. I was no longer sore or in pain and it made it so much easier to fall asleep; and I didn't feel too much soreness the next day. If you're looking for some pain relief and relaxation, these are definitely work well for that.
